MEET THE CEO

Prossie N. Kimbowa

Prossie is a results-driven professional with over 20years of experience spanning administration, human resource management, and financial services. She brings a strong blend of organizational expertise, people management skills, and financial advisory knowledge to her work.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Office Management from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute. She is currently advancing her professional development by pursuing a Diploma in Insurance.

Prossie has built her career in the financial services sector, having served as a Financial Advisor with Prudential Assurance Uganda and SanlamAllianz Financial Investments, where she specialized in life insurance and tailored financial solutions.

Beyond her professional work, she is an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Kiwatule and a committed member of SilverVibe Fraternity SACCO, where she serves on the Membership and Welfare Committee. Her involvement reflects her dedication to community development, service, and empowering others.
